It seems that the Johari window is catching fire nowadays. And no! Having a Johari window is definitely not narcissistic behaviour. I m rather surprised though that some 'friends' found that my Johari window selection too limited... And surprised too to learn that my friend studied the Johari window as part of some module... I was shocked at how accurate the results were for me. I rate the descriptions at around 80% accurate for me. If anyone needs help understanding their 4-alphabets, look for me!
